She is an artist from the Anmatyerre people of the Utopia region in central Australia. Utopia is an old settlement located 270 km northeast of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. She was born in 1984 and belongs to a family of renowned artists, including her mother, Gracie Morton Pwerle.
